Customer Support

The IHIMER Customer Support, through its Service, Product Support and Spare Parts areas, provides continual support in real time, in terms of after-sales and technical-training and support for all the company's products. We have a set of programmes and actions geared to maximize customer satisfaction, creating a close, long-lasting relationship, based on reciprocal trust, as a necessary prerequisite, to understand each other's needs and expectations.

Service

IHIMER products are supported by an effective After-Sales Service that, continually searches for solutions to minimize accidents, we strive to reduce costs whilst keeping the machines at peak performance.

In addition, IHIMER, through its widespread network of Support Centres, supports its customers every need, with on-site support in real time. In emergencies, response time is a fundamental element. IHIMER Support Centres use their own vehicles for their work and even urgently required spare parts can be delivered directly to the customer and fitted by experienced personnel on site.

Product Support

The Product Support division regularly organizes training courses for IHIMER technical and sales staff at its headquarters, in a specially dedicated classroom. These training courses feature both a theoretical and practical approach for each type of product and they are organized for small groups of at most 10 people: both new and traditional resellers are thus able to continually train and update their technical and sales staff on the total product range.

Spare Parts

The IHIMER spare parts service provides different partners with the necessary spare parts for maintenance of IHIMER machines.

Thanks to the optimal location of the spare parts distribution centre, IHIMER receives, stores and distributes spare parts coming from the group's various factories, mainly located over a number of continents. More than 95% of the spare parts are available from stock and they can be delivered within 24 hours of an order being placed.
